Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves puncturing the skin with needles used to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin’s surface to stimulate collagen production and improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and other skin imperfections. Using RF technology in combination with microneedling will trigger your body’s natural response to create an increased level of collagen and elastin production, resulting in an enhanced skin revitalization treatment. The elastin and collagen building typically takes place 4-6 weeks after treatment, with optimal results usually seen at 12 weeks after the last treatment.

The procedure is performed by a licensed skincare professional, and a topical anesthetic is used to minimize any discomfort. We do recommend shaving prior to the treatment. After the treatment, the skin may be red, swollen, or sensitive, but these side effects usually subside within a few hours to a few days.
