Our Policies


We require a deposit for all appointments that are booked within our clinic. Appointments that are less than 60 minutes must have a valid credit card on file or a $45 deposit on file. Appointments that are 60 minutes or more must have a $100 deposit on file. Deposits can be used towards your service the day of or left on file for continuous bookings.


Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our policies. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 48 hour’s notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

The following will result in a $45 cancellation fee for appointments that are 30 minutes or less, $100 cancellation fee for appointments that are 60 minutes or more or loss of your prepaid service.

  • Providing less than 48 hours notification to cancel or
    reschedule an appointment.
  • No-show or missed appointments.

Thank you for understanding that this time is reserved for you and to hold your medical professional’s time. We understand emergencies happen that sometimes are out of your control. We are willing to make one-time exceptions and waive this fee at the discretion of our management team.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards as a form of payment. We require all clients making purchases over $100 on a credit card to provide valid, matching photo ID.

Refunds & Returns

All ZO, Vivier and SkinMedica retail products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any services or deposits.
