Bookings
A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment. If you do not move forward with treatment, the deposit will then be refunded or left on file for contiunous bookings. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards as a form of payment. We require all clients making purchases over $100 on a credit card to provide valid, matching photo ID.
Refunds & Returns
All ZO, Vivier and SkinMedica retail products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any services or deposits.
