Booking Appointments

We offer free consultations for all services. As of March 1st, 2017 we require all new clients to provide us with a credit card number to secure their appointment. No charges will be made on the card unless the client fails to follow our cancellation policy. All new clients who are interested in receiving BOTOX® for cosmetic or medical reasons must meet with our medical director prior to having any treatment. All clients must have a follow-up appointment with our medical director once per year to continue receiving Botox.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our policies. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

The following may result in a $45 fee or or loss of your prepaid service.

  1. Providing less than 48 hours notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment,
  2. No-show or missed appointments.

Thank you for understanding that this time is reserved for you and without notice of cancellation, our technicians need to be compensated. We understand emergencies happen that sometimes are out of your control. We are willing to make one-time exceptions and waive this fee at the discretion of our management team.

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a treatment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Depending on the schedule, we may take the next client in before you and you may be required to wait.

Refunds & Returns

All Celazome Skincare products are 100% money back guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund you if you bring your opened or unopened product back to our location. All Vivier , Skin TX, Zensa, and Jane Iredale products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any services or deposits.
